Late night taco

New episode of my tv show I EAT NY premieres tomorrow night on MNN.  This is at a taco shack on Ave B. Will probably film more there for an upcoming episode about all night eating.

Yet again Eliza, shows us how it's done. Have I mentioned that one of the deciding factors of my move to NYC 2 years ago, was to make a food TV show? Well, more on that later. It is late. We're in an out of the way neighborhood. We are hungry. We are cash poor. We don't know what Happy Shabu Shabu is. We shall soon find out. Thanks to Karen, Jason and Mary for always being so game.

back to basics

Making a 'how-to' video with the food is so simple to me. I want to make one about my videoblogging process (again), which is more difficult because I dont really understand it entirely, myself. I understand the food. I know where it comes from, how it works and where its going. A small comfort.

Now that Im up and running here, I want more...I want more links, and for the video to download and upload faster. I also like how the video opens on the same page as the thumbnail in some of the sites ive seen. Need to get some more hands on tutorials. Im no good at picking this stuff up from reading about it.
Im going to make a video (or a few ) to post this week, showing my process step-by-step, in hopes that it'll encourage some other folks to try it out. Ill also make a list of how-to links for the side bar.

This one may be a little silly- but I get really excited about inexpensive,fresh, local, organic produce(NYC link). Tried to post it last night but was an issue with exporting to quicktime, what it was i don't know but i just kept trying and it finally went this am. I am waiting on a response from 'ecto', they're on vacation. In the meantime, no links! perhaps I should be looking for some other options, links are important. Without them a site is kind of impotent, no?
