This is a shit edit but I just get such joy from seeing the karaoke performances themselves, that I didn't feel the need to keep fussing with it. I mean, it is what it is. Am I really going to be able to 'say' more with it? I don't know but I do know that it is imperative that I continue to record and archive these wonderfully shameless performances.

Mary is not a great bowler but, she sure can dance. This weeks video's are about dancing and fun in preparation for Halloween. I hope the absurdity helps relieve some of the tension surrounding next weeks election.

This is a video of karaoke from last night.
I'm having technical difficulties. I have the posting-through-typepad down now but its not really what I want. I can't make the video link to the thumbnail and I cant make links in the text. So I got 'ecto' up on on my computer (note you must use this with the mac browser 'safari') but only managed to upload the text no images were showing up! Then the whole computer freaked so I had to reboot and now 'ecto' and 'safari' have gone missing. So, it's tomorrow and im back to where I was yesterday. At least with the goal of a daily video post, Im starting to feel used to 'getting my hands dirty' - rather, I'm less frustrated with having to do things repeatedly, make mistakes. I need to get to the point where I feel as free to play with this medium as I do with any other. Once you get the hang of the technical aspect then you can really begin to make something.
